NATURAL RELIEFS

For many years our Hi-Tech Lab team has been seeking to understand how the movements directly affect the creation of the reliefs on the pieces, varying according to the article, modeling and lifestyle of people. This set of repetitions provides the formation of so-called natural reliefs.

THREE-DIMENSIONAL WHISKERS

To meet the production scale needs of jeans laundries with reliefs and three-dimensional whiskers, we developed the 3D tríade. A machine designed to bring memories of a life style.

With innovative operating system aimed at high productivity, low operating costs and excellent cost benefit, Tríade3D is the ideal equipment to perform three-dimensional whiskers (3D) applied to raw or washed pieces.


III FLEXIBILITY

Operation of 3D Tríade is made by 3 cabins that work independently, providing greater flexibility and reducing downtime in the operation. Its operation is designed for the operator to maintain a comfortable ergonomics throughout the working day, whislt the maintenance can be performed at any time.

III MANNEQUINS

Aiming at the production of various models of 3D whiskers, Tríade has many mannequins models, which follow the trends and innovations required by the market of national and international fashion:

To facilitate the handling of the operator, Tríade 3D mannequins feature waist adjustment and pneumatic drive.

III OPERATION

 Tríade is the sum of three cabins to a precise and effective calculation. It has pneumatic system that takes and brings the mannequin from the heating chamber to the operator with a lot of security and practicality.

Its unique lamp system promotes rapid heating while the heat is directed through forced ventilation, optimizing the area of operation and the time of pre-curing.

III PRODUCTION

Tríade is an apparatus that aims to address, with the use of only one collaborator, the amount of 60 pieces per hour, a total of 1,440 pieces per 24-hour shift.

The individual operation of each cabin enables the separation of grids and the simultaneous development of pieces without interruption of production.

The continuous production system avoids the idle time of workers and facilitates the operation.

TECHNICAL DATA

CONSTRUCTION

  1. Structure in carbon steel plate; SAE 1010/1020 conformed, Box type in gauges #14,16 and 18 increasing its resistance and finishing;
  2. Front doors activated by pneumatic mechanism;
  3. Hoisting eyelet for transportation.

COMMAND PANEL 

  1. Traced steel frame and epoxy paint;
  2. Three-pole breaker with capacity for lamps bank installed;
  3. Overload relay for exhaust fan motor protection;
  4. Electrical cables with alphanumeric identification rings.

CONTROL PANEL

  1. Contactor for the exhaust fan motor;
  2. Digital timer for process time stamp;
  3. Audible and visual alarm for process time;
  4. Command driven by on / off button;

PAINTING

  1. Internal: with paint for high temperature.
  2. External: with antioxidant treatment and final painting with electrostatic paint in orange.
