Over the years of working in partnership with laundries of several continents, Hi-Tech noted common drawbacks such as the long and slow flow of the garments during its processing, which always contained many steps. Given this panorama, Hi-Tech has developed a line of concentrated and high-performance products: the Biosustainable line, which enabled to optimize laundry processes in various aspects (time, water consumption, electricity, steam and use of manpower) providing an even higher quality for processing.
With the imminent scarcity and ever higher resources costs (energy, water, manpower, etc …), the need to reduce and even eliminate the use of chemicals and harmful processes to the environment and employees, Hi -Tech innovates once again to enter the market of high-tech equipment such as printing machines and laser marking (Quad laser System) and generation and ozone injection machinery (Ozone Wash – O³), with a completely different innovative concept of equipment on the market to date, which we present as effective solutions to these drawbacks and complement the set of solutions available with the line of chemicals, allowing the production of SMART BIOSUSTAINABLE washing process that eliminates such undesirable steps and allows the execution of washing process in a much more sustainable way, with generalized saving results up to 82%, while meeting the current concepts of fashion.

ECOVINTAGE
Dyes with innovative high-speed reaction technology directed to create different effects applied on pieces made in Jeans and PT. Sensitive to chlorine and potassium permanganate thus allowing many “LOOKS”, being its main characteristic the wear due to corrosion, until obtaininh the white background, if this is the intention.
ADVANCED SULPHURDYE
A pioneering and innovative method of sulphurous dyeing developed by Hi-Tech which advantageously supplants the old and conventional processes. It stands out for the versatility, reproducibility, reduced process time, dyeing and oxidation in single bath without sulfides odors characteristic of sulfur dyes. It allows the creation of many different effects on the pieces made in PT or Denim.
