IN SEARCH OF THE PERFECT CURING

Since 2000, our research team at Hi-Tech Maq, has been developing and improvings equipment that really meets the market requirements: high efficiency in polymerization in processed pieces and a smooth and effective curing for various products. We present the line of Vulcan ovens, in versions Vulcan Electric and Vulcan Gas. Both manufactured with the most modern system in thermal efficiency for curing of chemicals.

QUALITY AND PRODUCTIVITY

In order to achieve an effective curing, the heat needs to access the inside of the fiber drawing all the moisture and thermo-fixating the active material (chemical). For this, Hi-Tech developed a turbulence system which accesses to the core of the fabric yarn. This effective Vulcan ovens system makes the air to quickly access the entire inside of the heating chamber making it possible to reach the set temperature in record time. This short period in temperature recoveries provides velocity in recharges of pieces and increases productivity.

FLEXIBILITY IN OPERATION

The Vulcan ovens have a unique system where the garments are positioned in several ways allowing the production of various processes. The intelligent use of this internal space increases the production load and provides great flexibility in operation. Its Timer programming and set temperature, with light indicators and audible warning at the end of the operation time.

SUPPLY OF PIECES

The Vulcan ovens have access ramp and guides that facilitate the path of carts, avoiding strenuous efforts of operators and promote the convenience of recharging. For the supply of pieces during production, two models of carts were developed.

MODEL 01

 

  • Cart with fixed positioners, eliminating the use of metal hangers;
  • Replacement for a new load without having to wait the cooling of oven;
  • Duo Functional System for processing of short size pieces (shorts, t-shirts, capri pants, skirts, children’s pieces etc.);
  • Load capacity duplication engaging to the same cart, a second piece positioner paddle.

MODEL 02

  • Drawers cart: indicated for best 3D effects production performance (Three-dimensional Whiskers);
  • Positioning of the piece in the cart prevents stretching of the piece caused by gravity;
  • Replacement for a new load without having to wait the cooling of oven.
MANUFACTURING TECHNICAL DATA

CONSTRUCTION

  1. External structure in carbon steel plates: greater strength and better finishing;
  2. Internal structure in carbon steel plates;
  3. Front door with eccentric type lock;
  4. Ceiling adjustable damper for gas output;
  5. Hoisting eyelet for transportation;
  6. Insulated with rock wool even in the doors;
  7. Guide on internal floor for the entry and exit of carts.

HEATING

  1. Three-phase 3.0 C.V. motor thattriggers a centrifugal exhaust fan;
  2. Exhaust fan at the top of the equipment: increased performance and space optimization;
  3. Installed capacity of 24 KW in two banks of stainless steel armored tubular resistances with the power of 2 KW each.

COMMAND AND CONTROL PANEL

  1. Traced steel frame and epoxy paint;
  2. Digital thermometer and thermostat for automatic temperature control;
  3. Temperature sensor “J” type in stainless steel;
  4. Three-pole breaker with capacity for lamps bank installed;
  5. Counter for the exhaust fan motor;
  6. Overload relay for exhaust fan motor protection;
  7. Digital timer for process time stamp;
  8. Audible and visual alarm for process time;
  9. Command driven by on / off button;
  10. Electrical cables with alphanumeric identification rings.

PAINTING

  1. Internal painting: with paint for high temperature;
  2. External: with antioxidant treatment, epoxy background and final painting in PU paint in orange.
RESINATED PROCESSES

Vulcan ovens are part of Hi-Tech resinated processes. They are joint solutions that promote interaction between Chemistry and Technology: resins and concentrated chemicals with high-tech equipment. The result of this union are pieces with more natural reliefs, different brightness and touch, ensuring comfort, beauty and cleanliness.
